Civil Work (False Ceiling, Electrical & Mason Work) – Pay 100 % and get the complete work done, then we switch to another part.
Furniture – Initially pay 50% ( Factory Finished/ Semi or Custom work) Once Dispatched pay 45% After Installation remaining 5% to be paid
Painting Work – Pay 100% and get the job done complete.
Handover – Balance Payment if any.
